I stay here frequently because of the 24 hour shuttle. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, I was looking forward to using the pool and it was dirty. The bottom had large swaths of algae. Also, the coffee supplied in the room is not only bad, it is nasty. The only coffee available otherwise is only available at breakfast.

Love Hyatt Place. !
Thos is a great property - the parking is paid but we had to register for that using my smart phone. I would have loved it if that had not been nececessary, staff cam just take your license plat # and enter it like its beem done for a long time i would think. That, and the TV didnt have apps on it. They make you use for phone to Chromecast. Other than that we LOVED staying here. And the price was phemonenal! Staff, amazing!!! We will come back again soon. Its close to all the.shopping you could want, and activities in Cincinnati / Covington

Room was quiet. Only warm water in shower. Stayed 4 nights got clean towels once. Breakfast was mostly empty bowls due to the fact that they only had one person trying to keep up with the guests. Also the coffee urns were empty for 15 or 25 minutes before full ones were brought out, also by the same guy that was trying to keep up. This was all 4 mornings. We were able to make 2 cups in the room. But no one replenished during the 4 days.

Very nice hotel, reasonable price, good breakfast.
The Hyatt was clean, well managed and reasonably priced. Room 505 was a large semi suite with two double beds in the sleeping area and a fold out couch in sitting area. Everything was very clean. The hotel is almost 30 years old but was renovated within the last 6 years. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

Perfect family stay
Double room was the perfect size for my family of 6 for a one night stay for cheer competition weekend. Had the two double beds, plus a couch that turned into a bed as well. Great. Breakfast, overall very clean and accommodating!
