BAIT AND SWITCH!! We booked a room according to the pictures we were looking at, ( showed a nice bathroom walk in handicap accessible shower) there was just a normal run with a cheep plastic shower chair sitting in the bathroom and the bathroom looked nothing like the listing.. and then the plastic shower chair appeared to have blood on it. (Bathroom was very dirty) along with brown spots all over the towels. Front desk service was friendly and nice, however check out is at 11 and around 9:30 housekeeping just walked right in our room seen us and just said “oops” and walked back out. Was kind of odd.. My fiancé pulled the blanket off the bed to lay down and there was also what appeared to be blood or a puddle of ketchup all over the sheets, spots on the table and wall that looked similar and all they did was give us new sheets, not a refund not a new room just new sheets. We wish we would’ve taken pictures for proof but we sadly didn’t think to do so

NICE PEOPLE AND NICE LOCATION
WE HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND WILL RETURN. THEY ALLOW US TO BRING OUR CAT, A LOVING MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD AND THERE IS A WIDE VARIETY OF FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM. THE KIDS ENJOYED THE POOL.

The hotel scheduled a Lyft for my ride from the airport. When I arrived my keys were ready and I and I was able to go to my room. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable and overall had a great experience.
