We checked in ...went to the room and a guy down from us was showing us how you had to turn on the shower....when I went in the bathroom...roaches were all over the shower walls ..we got our stuff and went back to the office and got our money back....

I had requested a non-smoking room, yet there was a lingering smell of cigs coming from the AC, burn hole in the blanket. Sheet and Coverlet were stained. Flooring had been upgraded, but furnishings were old and tired. Morning breakfast was Cherrios or Rice Krispies, coffee and apple. Juice and hot water dispenser did not work. Elevator was filthy. Check-in desk was rather impersonal. Check-out desk was cordial.

Cigarette burns through both bed covers,, ,,, the white inner lining of the curtains were stained brown from cigarette tar and nicotine from smokers!!! Everything was sticky and smelled of tar and cigarettes,!!! The bathroom door frame had big pieces ripped out with a very bad puddy job done that looked like a child did it !!! In 20 years of travel this was the worse hotel I ever went too !!

This was by far the worst motel ever my rooms bathroom was atrocious no shower curtain shower was worn out. It looked like no one actually cleaned the room and there was roachs I was too tired to complain did best I could never again will I stay there

I think the folks at Wyndham truly ought to be embarrassed if they knew who was running their Super 8 in Florence, KY. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, the rooms had burnt holes, tore-out lamps and stains in the bed sheets so bad my fiancé and I had to go out and buy our own set, money that we could’ve spent on a better room at a better hotel. I chose this hotel for good pricing and that I’ve stayed at various Super 8 hotels before, namely in Cherokee, NC, and they were truly the cream of the crop, the best! Not only should Wyndham investigate how beyond poorly this hotel in Florence is kept, but the Kentucky Department of Health AND the INS should investigate as well. We definitely will not be back to that hotel, but we do know Wyndham and the Super 8 chain is far better than that disgusting experience.

Toilet seat was broke. Almost fell in the toilet usin it A/c was super loud and all buttons to adjust temp were broken. Cable kept goin in and out in perfectly clear weather. Someone let their dog crap on 2nd floor balcony as bottom of steps. Stayed there until late that night and yes I told staff at 7am leavin for work after steppin in it. Sheets dirty with huge holes. Horrible hotel
