An overnight delight
Service was excellent, we took our dog who was made to feel very welcome. We needed an accessible room for someone on crutches and the room was at the farthest point away from the entrance which seemed poorly planned.

I love this hotel. I go to Crewe often for work and I always chose to stay here. It’s a lovely building, the pool and spa are is nice, the food is lovely, the wine list is great and the staff are lovely.

Was given a twin instead of a double. I travel quite a bit alone for work purposes and this keeps happening even though I purposefully book a double. Food in hotel quite expensive both evening meal and breakfast.

Beautiful hotel and setting, food is a little on the pricy side. I recommend you book breakfast £12.00 or you pay £17.50 in the morning which I felt was a bit steep not good practice.

Lovely hotel and room, was a bit cold though and not entirely obvious as to how to warm it up, duvets fairly thin so maybe rooms should be kept warm?
