Room 3111 was very damp. Must have flooded not too long ago. Bathroom door was swollen would not close. No table with chairs to eat at. Desk chair was rickety and unsafe to sit in. Phone did not work Property under construction next to our room.

Nice but a bit of a shambles.

Room next to a building site. Started work at 8am Saturday morning. Big foot staying upstairs. Old man looking through the window at 10am Saturday morning. No USB charging points. Not worth $170 a night.

The property was clean and the staff was great! The room was perfect for our needs as a family of four. There was plenty of linens, water was hot and AC was cold. Will stay again when we return! Highly recommend!

Property is under going renovations currently but other than that room was very clean , bed was nice, parking is good with a boat, the only problem I had was that I could not pay for the boat trailer parking thru the resort.. you have to go to another building and company to pay for the boat ramp and boat parking. Which I was almost too late to get before they closed. So little tricky. My advice for the resort is to connect and be able to pay for boat trailer parking and ramp and water slips with the resort not a third party property on the grounds.

The Paddletail Lodge was the perfect place to stay to scallop & explore Crystal River. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable & parking & boat ramp was convenient. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Will def stay again.
