It was okay

The place was nice. Bit overpriced for what we got. We did not have a phone in the room. We had issues with the TV. There is nothing in the room to tell us what time the pool closes or what time checkout time is. There was no pamphlet to order any like delivery pizza or anything or a TV directory for that matter.

Everything was pretty good about my stay. I was able to bring my Mastiff with me and they gave me no problems with him. The pool was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. Even waited to check if it was okay to go in the room with the dog there. The only thing was I killed two small roaches. But I understand that it’s not an indoor hotel and bugs happen. It was clean and fresh other than that. I connected to my Roku with their WiFi and it was perfect. I would recommend staying here if visiting Crystal River.

Good spot but with critters

Very friendly house keeper MaryAnne is the best! Although there were roaches they were treating for them and we didn’t bring any home with us, we saw and eliminated 7 ranging from all life stages. It’s Florida there’s going to be a few. But super close to all the main sights and restaurants. Speaking of restaurants I HIGHLY recommend Cedar Creek Seafood in Crystal River…10/10!!!

Only pro I have for this place is they made right of our situation by refunding us for our stay and the remaining night we decided to cancel. The ceiling leaked in the middle of the night causing the bed to be soaked by morning, the room smelled musty and moldy, and the room in general is in much need of renovation. The parking situation was very good considering we brought our boat with us, but even though it was convenient I will not be staying here again. I am very easy going when it comes to staying at places and I usually like to give them a chance when the reviews are mixed. This instance though is not one I would give a chance to.

Everything was ok except, the beds were full and not queen. Very disappointing!! We were 2 couples on bigger side was very difficult to sleep. I called office asking if there was any bigger beds she said no.
