When checked in advised no hot water. Leak outside of room 2 doors from mine, stated 7 days. Leak was never addressed, wet spot in carpet got bigger and bigger making it impossible to get to my room without stepping in soggy, mildewing, moldy mess. My son is now congested with headaches as he is allergic to mold!!

Well, for starters… I didn’t stay at the hotel at all because it was overbooked on my arrival. I had to book a new hotel after a 4-hr flight. 1 star for overbooking and wasting 2 hours of my time, 5-star for the young gentleman at the desk

When I arrive at the property, they said they had plumbing issues and that there was no hot water. There was no other place we could stay in due to being a Saturday and the football game from University of Texas at Austin vs. University of Oklahoma. Overall the property was clean and well-kept

When I arrived water was off. When checked into my room toilet was full off other humans fecal matter and whole room smelt like such. Toilet wasn't functioning so could not flush this. Did not get taken care of until the next day in the afternoon and had to stay at a friends house. Soggy pastries at breakfast and eggs tasted rancid. Hallways smelt like animal waste. The next day, Saturday, was told manager was out for a few days so was only the front desk and cleaning service present. There was only so much staff could do as many others I met were having issues. They were as helpful as they could possibly be. Feel like the higher ups ran away from the issues. This will not be a comfortable stay here.

I waited about 20 minutes with my bags etc for someone to come to the desk. A lot of people smoking right outside of the door. There was no hot water for the entire length of my stay. My door was jammed so I had to throw my entire body into it to enter or leave. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets were dirty. The room was freezing upon arrival so I tried to put on the heater which caused the smoke alarm to go off.

No Hot Water/No Customer Service!
The hotel had a foul smell when I walked in. I approached the desk & said I was checking in. The staff very unfriendly & not really caring. They stated that the hotel had a water leak and had no hot water at the time, so I could either check in or I could cancel without penalties. But they wouldn’t do anything since it was a 3rd party booking if I decided to cancel. Supposedly someone called me earlier in the day but no one left me a message about it. I called to let the hotel I was not going arrive until really late. No mention about the situation when I called either. I could have made new reservations while I was traveling if someone had said something to me while I was on the phone. It took about 40 minutes to get my room canceled through Hotels.com and have someone go through the process of canceling my reservation. The person on the other end from hotels.com could not help me get another reservation, that seemed to be beyond their comprehension. Thankfully, the only good thing about me walking into that Comfort Inn was that they refunded my stay without penalty. I had asked if I could use the bathroom, I was told to use the ladies bathroom and not the men’s because the water was not working in there either. The ladies bathroom had 3 lights, 1 burned out, 1 on, 1 flickering like some horror movie. Thankfully there was a Homewood Suites a block away that had availability.
