Went on a Monday. Very quiet. I’d imagine it’s full and fun during the vacation time frames. Parking was kind of weird. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I think there should be small rugs in the rooms or at least one under the bed. Those “wood” floors felt kind of cold. Nice bartenders. Great location for walking around. Pool should be heated during off season.

Nice view and clean. Parking was off site and not convenient. Bathroom was large, but lacked shelves and hooks. Only area to put things was around small sink counter. No free breakfast and no laundry facilities. Pool and beach access was nice. Expedia perk offered a couple free drinks, which was nice. Beds comforatable and nice decor.

The parking was inconvenient and the Area was not safe. Everything with in walking distance was closed down and very dirty and not safe, Homeless on the Streets and beach. It's a shame because our room was fabulous but outside the place was a wreck.

I always stay here when I’m in Daytona. The facility is beautiful, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. When we left it was a rainy cold day which was a bummer because we didn’t get to enjoy the pool/beach. However, we met Matthew who was so sweet to the kids in our party by making them “special” hot chocolate. He made their whole day just by adding marshmallows and being super friendly to them. He was great!!

Clean hotel but wont be back
Really nice hotel, new. Not so friendly staff. The room and the oceanfront views were really nice. Was told the pool was heated, that was a lie. Couldnt really enjoy any of the amenities cus everything closes at the deck when it gets dark. Which during these times of months- it gets dark at 5:30-6PM. Would not return to this hotel, just because they dont offer as much for the price you're paying.

Hotel overall is very nice and has great location, close to everything! Seems as if some of the staff don't like their jobs! Vallet attendant i believe Mathew was his name was very rude apon arrival, almost made me want to cancel our stay and go to a different hotel. The bartender Jadd and night vallet attendant Tyler were both very nice and professional, which made up for the other rude staff we encountered. The property is lucky to have both of these employees! Overall great place to stay.

We absolutely loved the hotel—the views and facilities were breathtaking! While we enjoyed the staff we interacted with and had a WONDERFUL time with Emily our bartender… Each time we ordered food from the hotel restaurant (the Abolone) was lackluster. Wait times after ordering were always 45 minutes despite restaurants being empty. Once, our server left us unattended for 40 minutes in an empty restaurant after we finished eating. On another occasion when we ordered room service, we weren’t sent items listed on the menu that we ordered, then blamed by service staff for not *specifically* requesting an item included within the entree we’d ordered. Again, overall, we loved our stay! We just don’t recommend the restaurant.
