2 night stay and needed 3 service calls to 2 bed 2 bath suite. Couldn’t use one of the bedrooms because the A/C was blowing warm air and it was too hot to sleep in. Would’ve called down to front desk but phone in room didn’t work. TV didn’t work until final evening. Room smelled TERRIBLE of mildew. Complained. They treated it with industrial strength neutralizer 2X. Ended up buying my own febreeze spray. Then the power went out in our rooms. The man at the desk did what he could to figure out the breaker system. Would’ve checked out early but all hotels were sold out due to race at Daytona Speedway. When asked if they would give me some credit for my troubles the Manager Ashley said she’d take about $50 off of my over $700 bill. She finally called me and was annoyed I would complain and write a bad review. That I should’ve contacted her first. I didn’t even know she existed. I asked for a manager and front desk said they were making notations of everything. Ok?? Who needs this on vacation?? Run, don’t walk to a different hotel. Vibe was WEIRD and their priority from what I felt was the rooftop nightclub not me. Such a shame. Thought it would be a cool, fun experience. One and done for us!
