The room had a weird smell and the bed sheets were dirty. The sheets clearly were not changed. The staff did bring new sheets but we had to remake the bed. No apologies given, just told a "note will be made".

I was traveling with my grandchildren so the indoor pool was nice. They had a good breakfast and larger breakfast area. It was right off the interstate so it was real convenient with things to do close by.

Our room a/c kept going off. The walls pretty thin. The room next to ours had their tv up so loud. I slept horrible because of those things. There was only 1 working elevator that was so slow for only 4 floors. Sorry but won’t be staying there again.

Had a very strong smell of cleaning products almost overwhelming. Has family emergency and had to check out less than 3 hours after arriving and was not given any option but paying full price for the room andeven mentioning the cleaning smell. Also now have to wait for $50 extra for incidentals to be returned
