We offer complimentary coffee from the state-of-the-art Nespresso machine which makes delicious lattes, espressos, and cappuccinos. If you prefer traditional drip coffee Starbucks blend is always stocked in our fully equipped kitchen. The condo is on the 9th floor and it's in the Southwest private corner of the Resort. This very clean and cozy unit, 2BR/2Ba sleeps 7 people. The large ceiling to floor windows and mirrors capture the stunning Gulfs' view all day from every angle of the unit. The kitchen has pots, pans, toaster, dishes, and utensils that are necessary to cook a good meal. It has Italian marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. As well as beautiful travertine natural stone floors throughout the common areas and marble floor in the bathrooms. Cleanliness is our top priority, therefore all mattresses and pillows use hypoallergenic protectors that are changed, cleaned, and sanitized after each guest. The master bedroom has a king-size highly rated Heavenly Bed by Westin, with a full bathroom, and a glass sliding door that opens directly to the balcony with an ocean view. The second bedroom also has a queen Heavenly Bed with adjacent full bathtub bathroom as well. In the living room the queen size sleeper sofa accommodates two guests. Rest at ease in a fresh clean high thread count 100% cotton sheets.

**We adhere to high standard of cleaning and disinfecting methods throughout the unit. All highly touched surfaces; light switches, remote controls, game boxes, door handles, knobs are cleaned. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic protectors which are washed at high temperature, sanitized, and changed between guests, along with all linens, towels and bed comforters. For your convenience and entertainment when not at the beach, the living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen, wall mounted smart TVs. Also provided is ALEXA-plays music and offers local general recommendations. As well as free high speed Wi-Fi, Xbox and board games, wifi Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. For families with smaller children a portable play pen and a portable baby chair are also available in the unit. And of course the basics; travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap,(Paya organics an eco friendly brand), toilet paper, and kitchen paper towels, dish soap, and sponge.

This is a smoke free condo including balcony. However, the resort does offer a smoking area for guest who smoke during the day. You can smoke outside by the Hot tub area, just not in the unit nor anywhere inside the building. Resort policy.

Located in the immediate vicinity of The Sundestin Resort are many restaurants. Many places are within 3-5 min driving or walking distance. There is the Big Kahuna’s water park, The Track go carts, Crab island, Waffle House, Shakes, Bank of America, Souvenier shops in the Resort and across the street. snorkeling, fishing and Baytowne which offers a variety of lively restaurants, music and bars by the pier.
