This 18th-floor condo is located directly on the white sands of Destin and it offers unobstructed & boundless views of the beach and the ocean. Our beach-themed decoration serves as eclectic modern and traditional coastal style.

This is relatively a new listing however please check out our other listing at the same building with 100+ great reviews. (vrbo/790961) When you choose our new condo as your vacation rental, you are going to experience the same quality of service and attention to detail that we have been providing for years.

Private bathroom in the master suite and another separate full bathroom in the hallway. Master bathroom has a tub and the second bathroom has a nice roomy shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage space.

Kitchen is chef ready with pots & pans, blender, mixer, hand mixer, toaster, coffee machine, and more. You could easily bake or cook your favorites, if you would wish to enjoy the kitchen with a view.

New 55" 4K UHD LED TV in the living room.
New 40" Smart HDTV LED TV in the bedroom.

Complimentary access to movies, shows, and TV series on Amazon Prime Video, through the TVs both in the living room and the bedroom.

Our condo has a keyless entry door lock system, so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lockouts or lost keys. You will also have the opportunity to create your own unique code that "you" select for your stay.

Two adult size beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests, as an alternative to the rental beach setups offered by the beach service company. (Please note that the private umbrella & chairs are allowed only behind the rows of beach service rental setups, as part of the resort policies.)

We offer a start-up supply of toilet paper, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, trash bags, and paper towels.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor, right next to the elevators area.

Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. Perfect getaway for your family! It is very conveniently located, only 2,5 miles to the HarborWalk Village and a few minutes away from the shops, restaurants, golf clubs, and bars. Best Vacation

Me and my little boy loved our condo and just our whole trip. The condo was clean and the view was amazing. What I also love is everything is close for walking or driving. And the water park was a big hit with my little boy. Sumer was so wonderful to work with and was very prompting in responding anytime I reached out with a question. I've added this condo to my favorites for sure and will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this property. The location was perfect in relation to the beach as well as other places to enjoy in Destin. The view was amazing, the property was very clean, and inviting. The staff was very kind and courteous and I felt a sense of peace because of the 24/7 security on the property. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful view

Mom and i came for a quick getaway and this condo was very clean. We had everything we needed. Having the nice beach chairs and umbrella was a hit for us being we flew down.The rooms were decorated very beachy🏝( which ofcouse i love). We had a great time and plan on coming back for sure.

Would return TOMORROW if we could…

Everything about our rental, from Sumer’s first welcoming text, to my final thank you back to Sumer on our way out, was WONDERFUL! There were no complaints from any of my family, which includes my husband and our four children ranging in age from 10 - 21. If I could, I’d go back tomorrow to merely sit on the balcony, drink my coffee, and relish the sound and view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Great escape to Destin!

My boyfriend and I spent a few days relaxing in Destin and this condo was great. We loved the large patio (with table and chairs) overlooking the gulf where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets. It stormed really hard for the majority of our trip so we ended up spending A LOT of time inside and didn’t have any complaints. Due to the thunder storm waits at restaurants we’re even longer than usual so we ended up making the majority of meals at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway

After having to postpone this trip for a year, we finally were able to make it. This place was great! From the balcony we were able to watch the dolphins swim with some coming real close to shore. The unit is laid out really nice and has a cozy feel to it.

Fantastic view

We wanted to stay on the beach and have a nice view of the Gulf. Mission accomplished. The pictures of this unit do not do it justice. Overlooking the Gulf while 18-stories up was great. Sumer is an attentive and caring owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Great company and Breath taking View!!!

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with beach theme. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. I was worried about being on the 18th floor, my Grandson told me it was the best floor to be on and he was right. What a breath taking view!! The sunsets were Awesome ( took lots of pictures) we spotted dolphins and many schools of fish. Bring some binoculars 😄 I would definitely recommend this condo with a 5 Star view!

The condo was extremely clean, nicely decorated, had plenty of room for all of us but best of all was right on the beach. We had a beautiful view from our patio everyday. Before arriving I was a little concerned about where everyone was going to put their stuff with only having (1) true bedroom. We had (4) females and (1) male which of course means all of us females brought much more than what was actually needed Yet I was happily surprised that they had thought about this and had plenty of drawers and shelves to be able to put everything away and keep the condo organized. I will definitely stay in this unit again!

Great vacation!

Everything was just perfect and the view was beyond amazing! Very nicely decorated and maintained unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved how clean and comfortable the beds were. We spent a lot of time at the balcony, enjoying the sunrise, sunset and the dolphins. Owner Sumer is wonderful to work with and the whole process from reservation to checking-out was seamless. We can't wait for our next vacation at this same condo and we highly recommend it to the others looking for a modern, clean and beach front location. 5 stars!!!

Fantastic stay

The unit was very clean and spacious with an amazing view. My family of 5 certainly had an unforgettable beach vacation at this lovely place. It was beautifully designed, tastefully decorated and the owners actually thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. Overall a five star vacation and we will be back for sure!

Loved everything about it!

Wonderful condo at a beautiful resort. Owners did a great job with the renovation and we are so glad we chose this unit to stay. Kitchen was fabulous with all new appliances and the beds were so comfortable. Real nice decorations and thoughtful touches all around. The view from the kitchen, living room and the balcony was breathtaking. Very clean, spacious and nicely organized unit, that is being managed by a responsive and a professional owner. We stayed at this resort before and this was by far the best one. We will be back for sure!
