*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. SunDestin Beach Resort sits directly on the shores of the Emerald Coast. The Scenic Stays team is available 24/7 at the front desk and looks forward to welcoming you! SunDestin amenities include a newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, splash pad (open seasonally), steam room, sauna, newly renovated onsite restaurant, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), and much more.

Upon entering SunDestin 1608, you'll see the bedroom and a hall bunk. At the end of the hall you'll find a completely renovated, fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. A breakfast bar has seating for four and a small table has seating for two to enjoy coffee in the mornings. An open dining and living room offer sweeping views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico below. The living area has decor bringing the outside in and is a great place to gather to enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. Step out on the balcony and find ample seating to take in the best views of the sunset.

Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway or the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. This one-bedroom condo has a full bath and a half bath to accommodate everyone.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
