My room had to be changed 3x due to stains on the sheets when I pulled them back, visible stains the floor carpet was like mud. The head board was disgusting. Had to to go get my own disinfectant Clorox bleach wipes. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and I travel with the union all over. I won't be back and letting all my family and friends know a long with my Facebook friends.

For being a casino and paying a lot of money for a room you would think it would be top notch. Well it was far from. The room was disgusting!! Stains everywhere on the carpet. Bath tub and shower look like they were never cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would have gotten better sleep sleeping on the nasty carpet. The pillows on the bed were flat. They were maybe 2 inches thick. Not fluffy at all. I would have rather taken my chances at a motel 6 then pay what we paid for 1 night. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Room carpet was stained in multiple locations. I was disappointed with the room and the amount that I had paid. Highly disappointed that I could have stayed at a holiday inn with better conditions at a fraction of the price.

Rooms are nice, clean and well appointed. Stayed one night for the Tigers game and found out they had a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to the stadium, which turned out great. The hotel is easy to navigate, free parking no resort fees

When I went to my room, I realized they had placed me in a different room from the one I had booked. It was an accessible room for wheelchair users and it didn’t have a bathtub. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and when I checked the bed, the sheets hadn’t been changed. The pillowcases were dirty and there were crumbs on the bed. I went back to the front desk, and they quickly changed my room. This time, I was given the room I had originally booked: it was clean, and both the bathroom and the room amenities were great. The staff is excellent and very polite. There is only one breakfast option during the week, and the restaurants only open from 6 pm onwards. Since it is a casino hotel, there are many people who go there just to gamble and wander around the property, which didn’t make me feel very safe. I even witnessed a woman having a breakdown and being arrested in the hotel lobby.
