Once again, Motor City Casino did not disappoint. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, is friendly and courteous. It is my favorite place to stay in Detroit, and the shuttle service is the best way to get to and from downtown events.

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday to go to a concert nearby. We had so much fun we missed the concert! The only issue we had was not being able to use the $10 food credit at the food court. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

The good- Friendly staff. Well appointed rooms. Decent rates. The bad- Called guest services at 3 am because of a drunk lunatic pounding on our door and no one answered. Loud drunks in hall disrupted our sleep. Someone needs to answer the phone. What if it was real emergency? Couldn't find anything to eat in hotel at midnight on Sunday night. Everything was closed except one place with enormous line.
