Most everything is new in 2021 from the kitchen cabinets, stove and microwave to the bathroom vanity, toilet, and shower with a wonderful rainfall head, refinished wood floors in living room and bedrooms, and new flooring in porch, bathroom, and kitchen.
Back master bedroom has one queen bed. Second bedroom has a twin and full bed. Living room has a sleeper sectional sofa.
50" smart tv with internet. 4 Daiken split units for AC/heat comfort with one in each bedroom, one in the living area, and one in the porch area. Parking is for 2 cars per unit. Parking is along the fence - one car in front of the other for this unit.
There are 2 BBQs provided - propane is not guaranteed, we will reimburse with receipt if previous tenant used it all up. Please let us know if one of the tanks is empty so we can refill ahead of time. Please be safe and do not use grill against house. Please leave grill in clean condition. There are wire brushes at the BBQ’s. Each unit has its own outside shower. Both Kuerig and regular coffee pot provided.
We have 3 cameras installed outside in the common areas of the property - one at the parking, one at the back yard, and one on the east side of the cottage. This is for security purposes only. No smoking/ vaping of any substance inside the home.
Please bring your linens, blankets, comforters along with towels and consumables (toilet paper paper towels, garbage bags etc) . Pillows, mattress pads, and bedspreads are provided.
Permit limits the unit to 6 adults.
Great location!!! Minutes (walking) to restaurants, bars, fast food, coffee shop, town park, bay, shopping and entertainment. One mile to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and Funland with very reasonably priced rides for kids. Pick up the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth at the north corner of Saulsbury and rt 1. Park your car and never move it. Rehoboth Shopping Outlets 1-2 miles away. Lots of fine dining in Rehoboth.
We will provide a 4 digit code to enter and exit the cottage.
Weekly rentals are discounted.
