Beautifully appointed two-bedroom, three-bath penthouse overlooking Lake Dillon. Located in one of the prime spots in Summit County, you cannot beat the unparalleled views of Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Mountain Range.

There are so many things to love about this home, including the panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountains the minute you walk through the door. The condo boasts many large windows, allowing you to take in these incredible views and enjoy the well-lit home. Step outside to your private deck and enjoy the beauty of Lake Dillon in any season. There is a BBQ grill on the covered deck for your grilling pleasure, no matter the season.

This home has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. The living room features a sectional couch, a large HD TV, and a gas fireplace. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to entertain, including a Keurig coffee machine (along with a drip coffee maker as well). The dining area features a brand new and gorgeous dining room table, seating up to 8.

There is complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and cable for all your entertainment needs.

The master bedroom features a king bed, an HD TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with a double mattress on top and a king mattress on the bottom. There is easy access to the other two full bathrooms. One of the guest bathrooms features a large walk-in shower.

Awesome place
We had a great time! This place has an awesome view of mountain and lake! We enjoyed the walks in the frozen lake, surrounded with snow mountains. We saw someone was fishing in the lake ( only seen it in the movies), build a snowman, skiing in the lake…The grocery stores and restaurants( great Pho soup) are about 5-10 min drive, so convenient! We would love to come back again! BTW, when we text the management with questions, they responded back right away! We woke up with fresh snow to play with and was snowing when we were leaving…

FANTASTIC PLACE!
Came to Dillon for a concert and booked this lovely property for the weekend. The views were exceptional and had everything we could possible need for the weekend. Thanks to the washer and dryer on premise we were able to pack light so we could fill our suitcases full of merch/ new clothing. Will definitely be coming back and could not recommend a place more.

Gorgeous view, great location
This was the third time we visited Dillon Colorado. The condo at Lake Cliffe was by far the best we have ever stayed in. In addition to the almost panoramic view, the remodeled features were just beautiful. Everything was brand new. The appliances were better than the ones in my own home!. It was also so convenient to have a gas fireplace and a washer and dryer in our unit. Three full baths accommodated everyone. We were minutes from Keystone and Breckenridge, And in an hours drive were able to do many other fun things. It was a great family vacation for peace and quiet, lots of fun, and family bonding. Also, the staff is always available and the property is professionally managed by an always available staff. Will definitely stay here again!

The unit was just as described. We had an issue with sliding glass door but they reassured us it would be fixed after we left and we weren't charged. Very pleased with the whole experience

This condo was even nicer than the description. The views of Dillon Reservoir and Peak 1 are absolutely unbeatable and so calming. The beds and furniture were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was set up so that you could enjoy the views and socialize as you cook. This is one of the nicest rentals ever.

This is a wonderful cozy condo. It is actually quite a bit larger than expected with three bathrooms that came in handy when everyone is getting ready for the slopes. The gas grill was also a great luxury to cook at home.

Tons of potential
The condo is on the 3rd floor. Outside stairs and door. No elevator. It was snowing - not good or bad, just the situation. We were locked out and the code did not work. No one answered the "emergency number". After 20 minutes we got a hold of someone who gave us the correct code and said we were emailed the wrong code. There was no soap in the whole condo (no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms or cabinets). I had to run to the store before anyone could use the bathroom (FYI no hair dryer either). The pocket door in the master bathroom does not work - no privacy. There is a great deck with a nice grill and view, but only a plastic spatula that should probably not go on the grill. The fireplace does not work and there is a sign on it that says "parts on order". The condo has tons of potential. Great windows and views of the lake (enjoyed the ice fishers every day). Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nice location and less than a mile from the grocery store. The website said "new listing" and the condo needs to get the kinks worked out. Once up to speed I would stay there again.
