I will be back soon.everything was good house keeping was great she's a tall slender lady of color..I don't remember her name. Only issue it was so cold in there casino ,and some stores doesn't open until Tuesday.or Weds. Sugar factory food was good . overall I give 4-star.

WE OVERALL HAD A GOOD STAY. ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE AMOUNT OF MARIJUANNA USE EVERYWARE IN AND OUT OF THE BUILDING WAS OUT OF CONTROL. TO THE POINT THAT WHEN WE GOT TO OUR ROOM AT 12:30AM TO RETIRE FOR THE EVENING I COULD HAVE SWORE THERE WAS A POT PARTY IN MY ROOM IT WAS THAT BAD.

The casino and hotel were phenomenal! The surrounding neighborhood was a little shady, but thats typical of a casino area. I loved it!

Jerry’s Restaurant was very good. Loved the food and such an attentive waitress. Very nice experience. Rooms were neat and clean. The only better experience would be hitting a great jackpot!

This was my first time staying at Bally's. I needed some R&R and this hotel gave me that. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed myself. No slots this time, but maybe next time.
