Lovely but breakfast luke warm … not hot…. not worth the money. Would have been given a refund, but they were unable to do so because I’d booked through Hotels.com ??? Disappointed to say the least.

Great location
Excellent hotel, clean and tidy. Room was a good size and perfect for our needs. Enjoyed sitting in the bar enjoying the view of the city go by. With the parking been just around the corner worked them a treat.

This place sucked!!! My daughter and I stayed here, we paid 300 pound per night!!! Worth only 120 pounds!!! Bare bones!!!! No fridge. Ugly interior, feels like we stayed in a dorm room. no top sheet/ no extras of any kind. It felt like we rented a sleeping pod. Awful!! There was a very loud concert down the street that was soooo loud. This hotel is also located right above a subway station, so no parking. They have “an arrangement” up the street at a parking structure where you can park for a reduced rate. We still paid 8.5 pounds to park there for one night. Stay somewhere else!!

Good reasonably priced hotel in central location, easy to walk to restaurants and shops, local sights and the waterfront. We paid additional for breakfast, it was a decent buffet, but not exceptional. Nice lounge area. Room and bathroom were small but served the purpose. Bed was not particularly comfortable. All in all a good value hotel.

Perfect location for those traveling without a car. lovely clean room. Good ac. Well maintained. Staff were very helpful and tried to give attentive service. Two minor hiccups. We arranged a late checkout (super nice!) but weren't told hot water would be turned off for plumbing repair while we were still in room. Second, taxi booked through app in reception didn't turn up despite us waiting an hour. Staff were apologetic on both occasions and tried to help but there was not a lot they could do in either situation.

Hotel is on a station, but couldn’t hear a thing. Excellent walking areas, pubs were great, we got some Indian takeout, there’s a museum close by on the water. We loved the experience, hotel was comfortable and staff was great, nice breakfast lounge. Would stay again!
