I was booked in for 2 nights and I wished I had just stayed at home, and saved my money. Convenience to train station is brilliant. The staff who checked us in was amazing and the chef who served us breakfast on Saturday morning was amazing. And that’s where it ends, the place was dirty, it smelled dusty and the shelves in the room were covered in dust. The chef who served us breakfast on Sunday was so unfriendly we changed our train tickets to go home. He obviously wasn’t into greeting anyone and there was only 3 of us in the dining room and we ordered simple breakfast and he didn’t get it right and he disappeared into his kitchen so we couldn’t even ask him to sort it out. This had come with great reviews as a family friendly place and that was not our experience.
