My husband and I with our two dogs had a great stay at the Captain’s Quarters. It was in a perfect area with us being right next to the cape cod bike trail as well as great restaurants and dog friendly beaches. We were only a 20 minute drive to Provincetown. The only complaint I have was our bathroom had a very bad odor to it. I had mentioned it to the cleaning staff that upon our arrival it had a urine/mold smell to it. The cleaning staff had advised they would take care of it, but when we returned the smell was still there and strong. Other than that, our stay was great. We definitely would stay there again!

Really well situated if you want to bike the rail trail! We liked the room (no carpet!) with the comfy bed, the staff was nice and the pool was refreshing. Even if there was no breakfast options, we liked to have access to juice at any time, and found good breakfast options around easily. Not super walkable to go out for dinner as there is a sidewalk on only one side of the road and the cars are passing fast, but easy to find spots around to eat within 10 mins walk or 2 mins car.

We spent 3 nites over the Labor Day weekend and couldn’t be happier. The accommodation meet all of our needs and we were very comfy. We based our decision to stay here on its location with direct access to the rail trail. We had family camping at the Atlantic Oaks which we could bike to on the rail trail. Planning on visiting again next year as well.

I picked this property simply because I had recognized the name from having driven by many times. It was okay for one night, though I would not return. It's just a little long in the tooth, as we would say.

This property was very convenient for our needs, as bird watchers who were spending days at the Wellfleet Audubon refuge. Room was spacious and serviceable. The fridge and microwave were perfect for our needs. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the beds were clean and comfortable. We weren’t looking for luxury in this trip — just reasonable and convenient accommodations, and that is what we found.

Advertised as a conference center, REALLY ? Rooms were clean, bathrooms were hardly large enough to turn around in. I should have checked other facilities before booking, the rate I paid was double what it should have cost, very disappointing. I would not stay there, or recommend it to anyone.

Very basic room but it was clean. One of the top sheets was ripped. A pool should not be advertised with this property as the water is green and disgusting. A door mat should be in the room to prevent tracking sand in.
