Room never seemed get warm enough. Shower could never reach a hot temperature and was not easily accessible even though website showed room as “accessible”. 2 mornings I was woken up between 5 and 7 am by people (seemed to be staff) talking very Loudly in the hall. Almost yelling to one another.

while the outdoor property looked nice and up kept, the inside was dirty and looked run down. all vending machines, ice and food, were out of order. pool and gym was disgusting and filthy. staff was nowhere to be found during check-in or check-out. i waited about 35 minutes total to check-in and check-out, because the clerks were nowhere to be found. hotel offers "free complimentary breakfast," from 6am-9am weekdays, and 7am-10am on weekends. spoiler alert: there was no breakfast; just coffee. tv in the room was broken. it had sound, but no picture. my fiancé and i literally had to "turn it off then turn it back on again" multiple times; to no avail, tv never actually turned on. the complementary towels smelt awful. they smelt like an old folks home; like fish. bed sheets had stains on them, as if someone prior had an accident in the bed. there was only one elevator and we were roomed on the whole opposite side of the building. not that much of a big deal, but if you plan on staying for a while and you have a lot of bags, please reconsider for a building that has elevators closer to your room.

You get what you pay for
It started as a one night stay to check out the place. We then added 2 more nights. The place is not the greatest but you get what you pay for. It has lots of permanent guests but they were well behaved and friendly. We did feel safe and it was quiet. There is plenty of places to eat near by. The price per night was extremely reasonable. Our room was really nice and comfortable.

Frustrated beyond belief that the laundry room (and all other amenities) is “under renovation” for an unknown length of time. Frustrated that I extended my 7 day stay another 7 days and was forced to move to a room downstairs and halfway across the hotel, with no notice until 11am the day of check out. Frustrated that my second room is missing handles on dresser drawers, a privacy curtain on the windows, and the mini fridge is completely frosted over. This place is fine if you need a bed and shower ONLY. If you’re looking for anything else, look elsewhere.
