We were beyond disappointed from the beginning with all of the wear and tear that the building had and the fact everything was outdated. The smell was really bad when you entered the room. We could tell the overuse of air fresheners throughout the building was being used to mask something. In the sitting room part there was a ton of mold in the air conditioner the rug was stained and dirty making freshly cleaned socks brown. The couch was stained. The walls had stains and liquid dripping all over them, they have not been cleaned in quite sometime. Once we saw the cockroaches climb on the walls in the food area and fridge, we were done. If it wasn’t close to midnight with three children sleeping we would’ve left then and there. We did mention the issue to the front desk worker who offered to move us but you should know, infestation doesn’t just stay in one room. In the morning we found the fridge stopped working and no longer was keeping our items cold. We pulled out the fridge to confirm the plug, and there was MANY cockroaches running around. I tried best to video what was seen but it doesn’t do justice to just how gross that was.

The staff at the front desk were very kind and sweet. The property needs a major face lift. The rooms was very worn and old. A gold paint job to just refresh the space could be helpful. Very outdated and not a place I would recommend staying.

I booked this hotel on Hotels.com. It looked really nice. The pictures look good. It had a good rating completely the opposite when I got there it smell of incense. It was dirty, noisy outdated, and it seemed that people lived there for weeks on end The wallpaper in my room was peeling off the ceiling. It was dirty the shower door Hinges were rusted at the bottom not sure which way the door open very confusing The bed skirt that was on the bed was absolutely disgusting. I was glad it took a canal Lysol. I did not sleep in the bed, but on the bed with my clothes on, I wish I had a hazmat suit, but even then I wouldn’t felt very safe and clean disgusting the lamps were rusted. I think the only thing in there was a countertop that the sink was in. I would never recommend this place. Tell me how do I get a refund?

When I pulled up, I knew I was in for it. This place is dirty! I wouldn't let an animal stay here.

Wynham should be mortified that they allow people stay here. I felt unsafe and the rooms were so dirty! There was hair and stains on the bed. The water was brown and wouldn't drain. We switched rooms and wiped down everything. The new room at least had clear water, but there was a stain on the comforter, which i removed and handed to the staff. Right before bed my neice find an old chocolate bar under the bed. I went siren to the indoor pool to check it out before the kids changed into their suits, and thank goodness i did! The lights werent on but the pool was open for use. The water was stagninant and you couldn't see the bottom. There was a disgusting film on the water. I told the kids they couldn't swim and they wanted to see why. They said it looked like a crime scene. The breakfast offered consisted of white bread and a couple of apples. The hotel wasn't the cheapest. I really wanted to go to another hotel, but since i booked through a 3rd party, they couldn't refund us so we could use it to contribute to another hotel.

Room isn’t as suggested on website. Safety buttons in elevators don’t work and crushed in. Stayed to be able to use the pool, didn’t feel comfortable doing so due to cleanliness of room.

First, a small cockroach came out of the sink of the living room. Second, I told the front desk that about 5 to 6 children were running or jumping in the upstairs room, but it didn't work out, so I was able to sleep because it became quiet until 2 a.m.

The carpets could use shampooed. They have updated some. The pool is very cold even though it is inside. Breakfast is okay you can make a waffle yourself. There isn’t any hot food made by the hotel. Sheets were clean. Lock’s on the door worked good.

Amazing place for this price range. Very well kept. Friendly staff. Clean everywhere. Impressive continental breakfast set up. Walk to Dennys and convenience store is less than 70 feet. Great place.
