I had a wonderful stay at Eden Locke this past week! It is fantastically located near Princes Street for great shopping and also where there’s a great view of Edinburgh Castle on Castle Rock. The room came with some amazing touches like a sound machine to help get rest. We think one of the fuses was blown in our room but we were amazed at the amenities in our room like a 2-in-1 washer/dryer, Fridge, oven, stove, and more. The room was amazingly well maintained and comfy. We were able to check in early and the front desk staff was so sweet and kind. Shoutout to Natasha for the early check-in help! Great stay!

Eden lock had such good amenities for the price! washer/dryer came in handy! Very beautifully staged as well! Location location location is all I gotta say! bus and train station not too far and taxis knew exactly where to drop off/pick up! I would stay there again in a heart beat!

The surrounding area is just what we want: public transportation is near by, eateries are everywhere, historical monuments are almost around corner. The location is 10 out of 10. The property itself is acceptable, though, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room I felt was dull and dreary. Front desk staff were very friendly and receptive.

Clean, quiet rooms, a bit dark in terms of artificial lighting, loved that they have a full functional kitchen and a washer/dryer. However the dry option leaves clothes damp so beware. Only major complaint is the shower door once you open it, all the water that gathers while showering, leaks out onto floor & creates a puddle
