The hotel is extremely outdated and unclean. The entire interior was unsettling: the carpet in our room was heavily stained, the fridge still had food from previous guests, and the daily room service repeatedly forgot to replace towels.

Our room was not cleaned properly. There was sticky pop on the nightstand and pee all over the toilet seat. Breakfast was poor. Sharing opened jugs of milk and juice from a refrigerator is unsanitary.

Customer service was outstanding. We didn’t have our original room ended up with a smaller bed because they couldn’t get a key to work to open the door. While the room was overall clean, I wouldn’t have walked on the floor barefooted. The rug desperately needs cleaning.

Staff was nice and helpful. The room was floored rather than carpet. When you first walk past the security door there is a nice couch but then you look further and it looks like an old mini golf course. The pool was not available. Nightstands, dresser and desk did not match and neither did the lamps. While the staff was sweet and I appreciate their help, this place leaves a lot to desire.

Rooms were very clean, and very quiet. There were a lot of workers here, but they too were very polite and quiet. Shopping and some dining are within walking distance.
