Guests driving to the property should be aware of seasonal road closures. Hwy 120 (Tioga Pass) closes October through late June, restricting east-to-west travel across the park. Yosemite's eastern gate and Tuolumne Meadows are not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. Guests are advised to check local weather and road conditions/closures with the California Department of Transportation before travel.

Enjoyed the private balcony & view!!

The pictures we saw prior our trip didn't prepare us for the incredible view we had from our balcony!! Every room has a priviate bacony, with a beautiful view on the river & montains. There are a few pools & hot-tubs on the site, laundry facilities are easy to use and the convenience store juste beside the lobby was really complete for our needs (breakfast, lunch & dîner). The location is really perfect & close to the main attractions from that area of the park. Yes, the decoration & pink bathtub is not up to date, but everything else about that site made us forget about that! We surely would go back there!

Friendly staff and the gift shop was well stocked with souvenirs, snacks, and other items. Great view of the river! Pizza was delicious! It does need to be updated— wallpaper was peeling in our room and the bathtub/whirlpool was outdated. A/C was never cool enough. Close proximity to the park!

The pros: very close to park entrance. Nice pools and internal restaurants. The cons: breakfast not included and pricy, there are no dining options in the area and supermarkets are very small. There were loads of ants in the kitchen and it took the staff 2 days to take it seriously and spray them.

Staff are excellent, can’t say enough about them. Check in was great. Store is perfect for missing/forgotten items. As noted before, beds are not great but they will do. A/C in our unit worked almost too perfect 😁. If you plan to use laundry facilities which are awesome, be ready for people to not monitor the time on the washers/dryers. We just took stuff out as clothes sat for 20 minutes after cycle ended. Too many people need access for guests to be oblivious about that. Very close to park entrance. Another satisfied customer for pizza on site as well. Pizza and restaurant prices are reasonable for access.

The property has a fun retro feel. The river view was great. The bathrooms are dated. The room had a kitchette. The pools were nice. We really liked the s'mores. Had we planned ahead, we would have brought food to cook. The restaurant on site was not good. Overall, we'd stay here again. It was very close to the park entrance and a great place to stay with a family.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the park. Great location and the room itself was comfortable after a long day of hiking. I have no complaints and I plan to book this location. The next time I visit.

Reception staff not friendly. They charge $10 per day for security but charged $42.06 for 3 days stay, then I see an additional charge of 12.06 after I checked out (what a ripoff)! Balconies/patios have NO privacy! We had to keep the drapes closed on the patio door because the teenager next door would stand on their patio and look into our unit. 2 packets of coffee for 3 days. Really noisy upstairs people.

Pretty costly per night but I understand it’s conveniently located right next to the park and not many other options in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and the river behind our room was gorgeous and the sound of the running water peaceful.
