The hotel was really dirty. Linen was stained with what looked like blood when we arrived. Electricity went out so we couldnt use lights, tv or fridge. The fridge completely defrosted and we had to throw our food out. Staff wouldnt offer even a partial refund for our stay, but instead tried to claim that there was a “pet stain” on comforter and that they tried to wash it and it wouldn’t come out 😂😂 even IF she had done anything (she one MILLION percent did not) Homie- that doesnt even make any sense. clearly they don’t know how to properly wash laundry. My dog doesnt sleep on beds and was NEVER in there alone. Not even for a split second. she was with us in leavenworth and we literally were only at this nasty hotel to sleep. absolutely will NEVER stay here again.

We've stayed here perhaps 10 times over the years, including when the facility was formerly an Econolodge. It's basic, but tidy. The location and price are excellent. The breakfast area is tiny. The coffee is un-drinkable. We'll stay here again, and bring our own coffeemaker and breakfast.

The toilet in my room was inclined to run and I kept having to remove the tank lid and fiddle with the mechanism to stop it. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and everything as expected for a property at this budget price point.

Walls were definitely a bit thin, we could hear front desk answer calls from the 2nd floor. Overall, decent. Worked for what we needed, had soaps available and plenty of towels although, not sure if it was the towel holder or items theme but, there was dirt on the towels and shower liner in the bathroom
