First room STANK. Had to get anOther room because of the smell. Second room, Microwave didn't work. Tv wasnt working properly. Phone for front desk didn't work. No refunds so it almost felt like a scam

Thankfully we were only staying for one night! After traveling for 11 hours, we did not have the energy to go elsewhere. Our room was musty/damp smelling. The window was broken. The crack was covered by packing tape. The bathroom had a significant amount of black mold in an area on the ceiling. When we checked out and told the person at the front desk, another guest said their bathroom was full of mold as well. We would not recommend this hotel.

NOT RECOMMEND!!! Want my $ back

Horrible…..didnt tell us there was a hold of $30, NOWHERE did it say anything about it on their site or yours. Black Hairs in the bathtub!!! The main reason I choose this hotel was because they have a spa!!!! The spa hasn’t worked since covid they said but NOWHERE did it say that on their sir or yours! The bed was caving inwards and I woke up incredibly sore which has put an extreme damper of my travel plans. I truly want my money back! I will never return to this hotel and will not recommend staying there or using your site to book a room due to lack of information on the hotel

In addition I and other guests had multiple problems with the TV. Door lock constantly malfunctioned. Little things broken or not available. Hot water was difficult to get.

Please Renovate This Hotel

Front desk staff was great, friendly and efficient. They were terrific, evening when I arrived and morning when I left. The property, however, needs a serious renovation. My 2nd floor room smelled musty, the shower head leaked and sprayed water around, the HVAC was terribly noisy. The mattress was awful. Bed linens are paper thin. Hallway carpet looked just gross. The plastic coverings on the hallway lights were all either cracked, broken, or not even there. If I'm Marriott corporate management, this place would embarrass me.

No renovation warning!

When I first arrived , my reservation couldn’t be found. Took approximately 15 minutes to find it ( needed to hurry to go to a wedding). Room was on third floor which a lot of rooms were being renovated near my room. Debris in the hallway and banging. When I arrived back from the wedding I began watching the Olympics and the tv went out. I called downstairs and she was very rude told me to just listen to her instructions on how to turn the tv on and she proceeded. When she was finished I repeated there was no power. She breathed heavily and said I have people down here now I will come up later to check on your tv. After an hour and half I put the Do not disturb sign on door and went to bed. So much for the Olympics. I did chat with online rep with hotels.com that could only offer me 25onekey cash for next booking. Not happy.

Staff was very pleasant! Smiles, spoke, asked questions. Very pleased! Saw them handle a “disgruntle” customer. She was ver professional, calm and was trying to accommodate the customer.

Construction in lobby, pool filter not working and jacuzzi out of order. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent . Women I breakfast was very nice and helpful.
