Disgusting ROOM
We did not stay. Were assigned a Room and when we walked in, the room was in total disarray, broken Roman shades that did not close, bathroom was filthy, pipe under sink was broken, dusty room, walls had chipped paint, and the door frame was scraped and dirty!! We went to front desk and cancelled the reservation. They informed us we had to call you for our refund.

The tv was not hooked up when we got there. The bathroom door got stuck trapping me in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not kept stocked, we had to ask for things like silverware, sugar, bread, etc.
