The TV didn't work and there were only 2 lights that worked. The entry light to the room did not work. The new clerk at the registration desk was very pleasant. She was a little nervous.but did a great job.

Savannah at the front desk was the only awesome part about our stay. Pool was green non swimmable The room didn’t fit what we booked on line They had to wheel in an uncomfortable wheelie bed.

Miserbale Hampton Inn

The woman at Reception was inept in operating their system. She have difficulty navigationg the system when I inserted my Credit "chip" Card. She ultimately juts gave me our Room Key without accepting my Credit Card "for incedentals". However, she got a bit snippy with me in her own frustation. I even mentioned that she was borderline rude to me. The carpeting in the Room was dirty and stained all over. Signage outside was missing.

It was right off the highway. Gas/was also available. Very clean, lobby area nice, breakfast was good. Rooms were large and clean but a bit out dated. But they are under a remodeling plan.

When we pulled up we thought the place was closed....Front desk said they were rennovating.. The place was dirty..!!! Hampton Inn has really gone down...On the way back from our destination we elected to stay at Holiday Inn Express...What a breath of fresh air.....

Our first room had blood all over the bed, talked to front office and got a new room. The next room had hairs and crumbs in it. We were unable to sleep on the bed due to the cleanliness. We slept on the couch and there were lottery tickets and pills on the ground. The room smelled like cigarettes.

As the room rate is cheap, the breakfast is also low-quality. Other than that, the room is clean, etc., so it is generally good.

It would’ve been nice to been informed that the property was under renovation. The shower leaked throughout the night and no matter what I did it kept leaking. The hallways had a funky smell like wet dog and wasn’t pleasant. We had kids that were looking forward to using the pool. The property said we could use the indoor pool next door, but that pool was totally disgusting with algae and smelled like a swamp. I wouldn’t even let the kids get in the pool because I was afraid they would’ve gotten sick from this.

The hotel personnel were great, including front desk and breakfast people. The hotel smelled horrible, dirty. The bedding smelled of odors from past guests. The carpet in the corridor smelled with a strong stench of urine. The hotel is being renovated but should be closed during said renovation.

I use this hotel often while traveling north and south along I-95. It is under renovation now so things aren't the best. I will visit again.

Our room was poorly cleaned and beds hastily dressed. We found two pills under the bed skirt, ripped paper and dirt scattered around, the tub had the plunger taken out, the room was warm and muggy, etc… When I checked in the poor desk clerk was dealing with someone in another room calling 911 repeatedly as a joke. The only upside to the property was both the night and day clerks. These women were wonderful and polite. They should be commended. Even thought the hotel was under renovations I expected a lot more cleanliness from a room that they were allowing to be occupied.

Room was not up to Hampton standard we are use to. Furniture worn, microwave tilted due to shelf pegs missing, toilet loose, could not put water totally on shower (came out both nozzles, and floor looked like not vacuumed.

Booked manly because they had pool..well pool was green the place was under constuction .everything was dirty wallpaper ppeeling..the room was pet freindly and the carpet look like a huge pee pad..nasty nasty place..they shoild hsvr paid me to stay therr..
