Weekend break
The staff were excellent, went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. Lovely to get a welcome cake plate in room in arrival. Breakfast was very good, except sauce had split on the eggs benedict, leaving it not very nice, however we had a side order of bacon and were able to save the poached eggs, had these with toast instead and was lovely. Staff were all very pleasant and consistently asking if there was anything we needed. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Nice hotel in the city center.
Enjoyed our 2 night stay in Enniskillen. Hotel was an easy walk into the city center. Room was quiet, clean and well appointed.

LOVELY CONVENIENT BOUTIQUE HOTEL
We were welcomed so well by the girls at Reception. They were pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We had al most everything we needed. Spotless. Excellent black out curtains. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided. Good breakfast and Jacqui, who is in charge, is amazing - SO helpful and friendly. 4 small negative points: 1. The window was completely opaque - not pleasant☹️ We presume the view must have been undesirable but we would still have preferred transparent glass. 2. No body wash convenient to the bath!! 3. There were quite a few stains on the underside of the duvet cover - not good. 4. Food in the Bar area in the evening was mediocre. I had a fish cake and I would have needed a magnifying glass to find any fish supposedly pink trout???

Poor interior design . Walls ,decor ,carpets dated. Room size good, bed good. Breakfast ok but seriously overpriced. Altogether an adequate 3 star rating.

Great in some ways, otherwise disappointing
Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. One guy didn’t know the answer to a basic question. But the sheets were dirty, as were the cutlery and coffee cup at breakfast. Also, the shampoo and shower gel were empty when I arrived and wanted a shower. Nobody on reception so I had to go looking for a staff member to find shower products. Shame these wee things let down what is otherwise a good hotel with good staff

Stayed here for the weekend as a group of 6 to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. Had some contact with the hotel prior to arrival in order to arrange to decorate her room and be there to surprise her. Staff could not have been more helpful in organising this. In fact, every staff member we encountered enhanced our stay with their courteous manner, all credit to them.

A great stay in Enniskillen
Beautiful modern Hotel only 3-4 minutes walk from the centre and all restaurants, bars and the castle and lough. Fantastic service and a superb breakfast.

The staff were v nice and accommodating. However dinner in restaurant on First Nice was sub standard, fish was poor quality bland in taste and texture and thin batter that was tough, chips were tasteless nd minimal.upon telling staff and manager all that was offered was a dessert or coffee but no discount or a free dinner on 2nd night.After waiting for more than 15 minutes to speak to manager all that was offered was the full bill amount. Also upon returm to room at 5pm on saturday had to ring staff and request heating on as room was freezing. Also upon return to hotel at 1pm and rang number on front door we had to wait 15 minutes outside until nught porter let us in.

Terrible beds/pillows. Staff and location good
The location and staff are very good, unfortunately that is the only positive i can say. The hotel is very very tired and desperately needs updating. The beds and pillows are terrible, the room smelled of old carpet, the furniture is chipped and worn. The cooked breakfast is aweful. Definitely not 4 star, more premier inn but worse. I am sorry to write this as the staff are great.
