Overall the hotel needs a refresh. Dirty bathroom exhaust fan that didnt work. They use Dish network but not all the channels listed in the guide were accessable which got frustrating by the 3rd channel not able to view. Breakfast was sub-par overall. Glad I wont be back in that area needing a hotel anymore.

Liked lobby and dining area fall decor. Front desk, check-in, was very efficient, as was the dining room staff. Continental breakfast options were plentiful, not so much for last hour on weekend we were there. (Example, bacon not replenished and reduced to crispy bits.) Beds and pillows comfortable, clean and fresh. Room was “day to day” clean, but in need of a “deep” clean as there were dark stains on the carpet outside the bathroom door, brown stains on bathroom door (which my daughter scrubbed off with a paper towel), bathroom light on left sconce, burned out, no waste can in bedroom area, water rings on nightstand, and perhaps dried vomit on side of dresser where waste can should have been. These are things can can and should be attended to by management band staff on “slow” days.

I was very disappointed when booking. I tried to book the same room for $97 and it froze. I called Comfort and got no answer so I tried an hour later and then I was charged $141.00 but I needed the stay in Edinboro so I had to take the room. I will share this with everyone when they come to visit my grandson in College. It would have been better to stay in Erie.

Had a nice room but a horrible mattress, where it sloped towards the middle of the bed. Talked to the manager at the front desk and told her about the mattress but she refused to move us as she said the hotel was full. The following day, there was a urine leak in our bathroom coming from the room above us. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room immediately. Nothing about the hotel being full. I think the lady at the front desk did not want to help us with the bed problem.

Very convenient spot to spend a night and relax. Only down side was that we booked this room thinking it had a jacuzzi tub and it did not . The hotel was nice and the free breakfast was a plus after our long drive .

For as much as we paid I expected at least a clean room. The elevator floor was filthy. The bottom trim was off the walls, exposing old paint and drywall. There were dirt stains all over the walls. The wall around the garbage can was especially gross with old food and other stains on it. The shower had either black mold or mildew in the cracks. Check in was easy and the staff was nice but the place was dirty.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst, dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. We had 4 rooms for a work trip. Room 1 had blood on the door to the adjoining room and children's hand prints all over the head board of the bed. The comforter was not changed or clean. Room 2 had carpets that were so dirty the person had to put towels on the floor to walk. Room 3 had an odor. They refused to let us out of our reservation for a refund so we could move to another hotel. We moved anyway and ended up paying for 2 hotels. RUN FROM THIS PLACE

Property was fine - nothing special. Needs some attention in bathrooms. And to buy new towels & sheets because these were worn & tired. Room smelled a bit musty also. Need to weed front garden. Breakfast was decent. Staff/ front desk was very nice/pleasant.

The front desk wasn't friendly, pool cold and dirty. Room was dusty, uncomfortable beds and not much water pressure. The grounds were unkept and overgrown. Light was flashing in the bathroom, called front desk and she said she would put it on the board. We were gone for at least 10 hours and it still wasnt fixed. Called again and was told maintenance came in at 3 and they didn't know anything about. He did get there within 5 min and he was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was ok, coffee was horrible. Views from the back were pretty though. They need an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Horrible experience, though the rooms are booked 2 weeks before it’s not allocated. Reached the location around 2am due to travel delays, waited around 2hours for room confirmation. Once room was allocated we went in to check but it’s not cleaned, bathroom was dirty, bed spread are not removed after previous check out. Reported at front desk and took another 30 min to allocate another room. Even the other room is not good but we tried to adjust considering the time

This place was okay..
Upon check in, the desk staff was unfriendly. The room was alright but didn't seem the cleanest. The plug by the bed hardly worked and the bed was really uncomfortable. The pool was cold and had algae. My nephew slipped and fell into the pool because of it. The hot tub was alright. The pool room was very loud and echoed so the loud teenagers were amplified. The view from the pool and breakfast area was beautiful. The breakfast food was okay but not spectacular.
