The front desk person was great. We were put in a room that the lock was broken off and clearly the door had been kicked in. All other local hotels were booked we requested a new room front desk was great and gave us a new room. However I would definitely not recommend this for family very scary area not up keep at all. The restaurant was great however, they’re not associated with the hotel just in the motel

This hotel is rundown, dirty, subpar and NOT as shown in the website photos! They assigned me the most remote room as far away from the office as it could be and I was checking in as a single woman. The room smelled like cat urine and there was an airfreshener on the airconditioner unit. The door lock had clearly broken off multiple times and was replaced with what was on there then. It didn't feel safe to me. Within 5 minutes of checking in, I went back to the desk to say that I wasn't going to stay. I was charged $50 dollars for a cancellation fee which is REDICULOUS!!

Excessive smell and and mold and water stains in bathroom. We would have left if there was rooms available at other hotels. There was a note on the door stating the pool was no longer accessible and they would cancel your reservation due to that. Do better!!! Very disappointed

I inadvertently booked a smoking room, upon checking in we were given the only non smoking room left. Paint chipped off the wall, filthy floors, toilet was very small and low to the ground, sink counter was also low, bath tub/shower was sub par, room had a damp/musty odor as did all the towels, the foot of one bed wasn't laying flat was inclined, had no housekeeping,, had to request more toilet paper & towels from tne desk, noisy, the pool was closed.

The place was completely filthy, dirt on the floors, my slippers couldn’t even be put in my suitcase. Commode seat had been painted instead of replacing it, the bathtub was dirty, couldn’t even take a shower, found bugs on floor, dirt everywhere on lamps, table top, even the hair dryer, microwave disgusting. Canceled the second night, couldn’t stay there any longer. Place should be shut down. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and never saw such a place. Weeds everywhere around the building. My husband and I are very disgusted. Pictures on web site are deceiving. Very very upset!!!

I was extremely disappointed..the room was in terrible condition!! The bathtub was dirty and beat up walls showed stains and terrible attempt s to patch damaged walls with paint missing..plug covers were missing and the place was filthy and disgusting..I refused to shower and refused to sleep in the bed or use the covers..I will never stay at a quality inn again!! The chain shy be named NO QUALITY INn!!

worst place i ever stayed

pool was out of order, only had 2 small pillows for 2 people, asked for more, front desk said they didnt have one extra pillow, I used bath towels as a pillow, mold in the bathroom, free breakfast was pathetic, very dirty place, people were very ghetto around the place, worst place i ever stayed.

The pool was advertised as part of the stay and when I got there was told it’s closed. We were looking forward to swimming and it did. It happen. The bathroom was horrendous. And there was dirt on the walls that clearly was not cleaned. Microwave did not work either
