A bit disappointing

"Had hopes for a better quality hotel. But I have to say that this hotel did not meet the expectations. For example, even though I got upgraded, the rooms carpet contained, some hair. sand and some other dirt. Rooms were not quiet and you were able to hear very clearly when the neighbour door was closed. When flushing the toilet, The button got jammed. And You had to repress several times to make the water running stop. The breakfast was kind of a joke. At 10:30 in the morning when they were closing in the breakfast, it was like a rush hour for the employees to clean up everything. It was more like a mayhem. In the gym, there were these so-called personal trainers with the clients running back-and-forth housekeeping cleaning women running back-and-forth. very restless atmosphere. as a small hint to the rooftop terrace bar, Please educate your employees what service is all about."
