Good hotel with clean comfortable rooms and extra-friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary continental breakfast good also (helped by view of herd of wild Elk roaming across the street on occasion). Only minor nit was that lower floor rooms can hear all footsteps of people above.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice to stay here for a quick trip to Estes as part of a wedding party. We needed an early check in, if possible, and the staff was quick to get us on a list, and promptly contacted us as promised when our room became available. They were super friendly and never acted like it was an inconvenience. The charm of the property was unexpected, and admittedly made us very nostalgic as it felt like a perfect home base to explore all that the area has to offer - from the shops in town to the beauty of the outdoors that surround it. Waking up to elk bugling down by the lake was yet another unexpected surprise. We only stayed for one night this time, but are already planning to stay here again - only this time for much longer, as well as bringing our baby girl along. Can’t wait to come visit again!

We thought this was a very well-kept property and a convenient location to downtown. Our room was clean and nicely appointed with hardwood furniture. The beds were very comfy and i slept well.
