The TV cable was bent and not in back of TV.Had to hook cable back up. Air conditioner did not cool room. Isweated all night.could see light coming through door. They only had one roll of tissue in bathroom. Very disappointed and will not stay here ever again at Motel 6

The room was no smoking. it smelled so bad we had to leave the room. my wife took her allergy meds to keep her throat open. The sink facet was held in place with silicone sealant.

I pre-paid thru Expedia, for a double queen room with fridge and microwave, but was told that the card I used was declined during check-in, and was charged again in the office for a different amount.. I checked my Expedia receipts and it definitely said it was paid and both charges were pending on my bank statement.. at check out I explained the situation to the guy, and he told me he refunded the charges that the lady charged me at check in but they are still pending on my statement so idk how long it will take to clear but I guess we will see.. I also was given a room with no fridge and no microwave but it wasn’t that big of a deal

I was put in a room at the end of the property, room 120. When i got to the room there was no refrigerator and microwave which I purposely chose to eat a microwave meal and for medication. I went all the way back to the front and the older woman wasn't very helpful and switched my room. I had requested a room near the office on my reservation and she again put me towards the end of the property in room 231. She then said that was the only room available. The younger woman was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

There was a burned out car in the parking lot. Watch a couple of kids slap each and yell and scream inthe middke of the parking lot almost directly in front of office. Had only planned to stay the one night but my car had a charging system problem. Oh around 10 am there came banging and load music from a unit behind us. I went out to the street to smoke as wasctold at check in it is a non-smoking property but others didnt seem to care. Though i was met by a few others on the sidewalk. Was told by the evening/night person that the laudry room was closed and wouldnt reopen till 10 in the morning. With checkout at 11 am i guess they dont want traveling people to do their laundry. I thank her for letting me know the times and she just turned around to the phone call she was on the whole time. But i dont know the circumstances of the call so it could have been important.
