I made the reservations on line. The on line site said that there would be a $50 per night hold on my credit card for incidentals. I have no problems with that. However, when we checked in the person at the desk said there would be a $100 a night hold. I explained that is not what the website stated. He was RUDE and said "Do you want the room or not!" The room itself was outdated; dirty; and needed some love for sure. The positive was the location and parking. .

We came up as a family of 6 and our dogso we rented two different rooms both rooms were clean and comfortable very quiet there even with all the jeeps employees were very friendly we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Nice Motel

The motel was very nice and roomy. It was clean and absolutely had no moldy smell, as others have reported. We were in a king room with sofa bed and loved it. Also, there were no signs of any sort of bugs as previously reported in reviews. The ONLY thing that caused me to give this motel a rating of 4 is it is very outdated. We would stay there again.

Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly and inviting to the hotel. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The room was nicely decorated and my husband appreciated the recliner. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

Read Before Y’all Book

Our Motel62 room was rundown and especially outdated when we arrived. It smelled a bit like mildew in the actual room. Trim was torn up, multiple holes and stains in/on the wall, and wallpaper had been ripped. I understand it is a dog friendly hotel, just the ripped trim itself posed a threat to our dog hurting herself, as she is older. Hotel breakfast was not safe for any family who has allergies; it included waffles in a crockpot and pre-packed bagels and Sunny D. Overall, I would not go back to stay here.

Just stay at a Day’s Inn or a Motel 8. At least, you probably wouldn’t have a piece of painter’s tape as a peephole. I took my best friend, her boyfriend, myself and my boyfriend to Eureka for a birthday celebration and we stayed in two separate rooms for one night. After checking in, we needed a nap, so we went to our respective rooms. About 20 minutes later, a male employee just walks into my friend’s room as she’s sleeping. The rooms are overpriced and in great need of updates and renovations. Basically, we paid over $100 (that’s after an online promotion) to stay one night at a hotel that can’t figure out which rooms were empty. The “breakfast” consists of Sunny D, milk and coffee with bananas, frozen waffles, bagels, and off brand cereal. There is room for six guests in the room they serve breakfast in and most people chose not to even entertain it. Overall, it was lackluster, overpriced and disappointing. We won’t be returning to this one.

We got there and decided to take a nap. Someone (empolyee) walked in without knocking. Breakfast was a joke. Water pressure was horrible and not very clean. It was cheaper then most so i guess you get what you pay for. Wont come back here again.

We went and stayed for a couple of days and the people were wonderful checking in taking care of us anyway we needed. Very close to anything that we needed. The trolley stopped was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely LOVED the jacuzzi in the room, it was sooooo refreshing to also have an actual bathtub as opposed to a walk in shower. Loved my experience!

Run away

We had booked the honeymoon suite and it was horrible. The toliet seat was broken and when we adjusted a lamp roaches ran in every direction. At night when i used the bathroom a bug crawled over my foot and when i turned on the light the floor had bugs crawling. I tried to put some items in a drawer and surprise bugs crawled around. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after one. Also breakfast is only on Saturday and Sunday. Would not send my worst enemy there. Run run
