The hotel was easy to find, close to shops, ample parking, close to dining options, right next to the river, clean and provides coffee, tea and hot chocolate to guests in the morning. It’s also close to the airport.

Great staff, easy check-in. Rooms are simple, but nice. Heating works well which is a big plus when it's sub-zero weather outside! The only real downside is there is no restaurant, even for breakfast. Most hotels in this category usually offer free breakfast bit there are no dining facilities so it's not available. That said, there are great restaurant options within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.

We only stayed overnight, the room and bathroom ceiling needs clean or probably replacement. We can hear the next room noise, so it depends on your luck to have a quiet neighbor i guess. As of located in Fairbank, no auroral light wake up call tho, little disappointment. The hotel does offer transportation from train station. If you just need a place to stay for one night, this hotel can be one of the options.
