Staff was friendly but could've been more transparent: Couple in front of me were of mature age, and there is no elevator to get to the rooms; front desk booked their rooms same day it seems, but did not mention the no elevator available until they were ready to go to their room, and thy had quite a few bags; no help offered.... back to me: (Rm320) No Bath Towels; Toilet was flushing on its own all night; Heat Lamp would not shut off in bathroom; 2am room next to me were noisy. I did not get a good nights rest...

This was a very smart choice considering that Fairfax is close to Washington D.C. Best Western was clean and nice. Breakfast was very good!

Felt so dirty. Looked clean but felt gross. Maybe just needs real updating. Saw multiple insects in the bathroom every time i went in, none of which I'd ever seen before. Wife and child both had vicious bites all over legs in bed (i refused to sleep under covers and kept my day clothes on). Stunk like bleach and cigarettes from the 70s. Service was ok, some people better than others. Just wished I checked reviews first
