The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There where cockroaches in the bathtub and the AC has a terrible smell. The blankets and sheets where rough and pillows where lumpy and flat. Many drug addicts and the room felt very unsafe.

This hotel staff was unorganized, didn't have communication between the staff. They sold my room to another person and they tried getting into my room! Not happy with the service honestly!

Unless you want to get scammed out of your deposit do NOT go here they have bed bugs and have for years. They charge you if they’re already stained towels get dirty. They have mildew on the matress covers these people are a complete joke and scam please unless you want your ankles bit up go somewhere else. Courtney and the other lady don’t know her name she was a slim thick Caucasian lady they were very nice other than that NAW !

We found bugs in the room. There was water near AC. AC was not working. We had to change the room thrice.

DON’T DO IT!!!!!

DON’T DO IT!!!!!! This place is terrible!!!! Roaches and other unidentified insects everywhere. Police action. Loud guests all hours of the night with paper thin walls. Questionable characters loitering in parking lot.

The pictures were of the property overall were far from accurate. As soon as we parked we saw sex workers and many people loitering the area either outside the rooms or in their cars. O

Terrible!

I went to check in & the area was just terrible! There was homeless encampments not even a mile away around the corner. It is clear people are living at the motel & also out of their cars just parked outside. It was very run down! People/homeless coming up to me just asking for money. My 2 kids were immediately scared of these random ppl talking to us. I attempted to cancel & they told me to call hotels.com where on hotels.com says to contact property. It was a run around! And I was still charged!
