The streets would be cleaner to stay in.
We were checked into a dirty room. We requested bathroom to be cleaned and fresh towels. One bed had a huge wet spot, and bed spreads were so dirty. The handle to get out of the room was so dirty I cleaned it with my supplies. They have no one to tend to these duties when requested. I was made to bag the dirty towels up and take them down to the office to get fresh ones. We will not be staying here ever again… oh and the manager works 2 hours a day M-F per the front office gal that’s worked there since 2023.

Don’t stay here mold from crack leaking tub
Opened the door to my room and was overwhelmed with the smell of mildew opened window to try and air it out. Took a bath in the morning and got out to my room flooding due to crack in tub talked with front desk and was told they have had problems with that before…. Angry that I paid to sleep in a mold room

Hotel will hound you over and over and over even before you checkout for reviews. You WILL get inundated with demands for a good review. I got one the first day I checked in and the second day (only stayed 2 days). 2 weeks later I have gotten no less than 12 emails harassing me for a review, one from the hotel manager directly. What is your major malfunction people?

Very disappointing stay unfortunately. We had a stay of four nights. During our stay they never cleaned our rooms, no fresh towels or took our trash out. Breakfast was also disappointing.

Only real complaint was the breakfast. Options were waffles, yogurt, apples and 2 sugary cereals. Waffle batter was too thin. Still gooey inside, after the timer went off. Only 2 choices of yogurt and 4th day of stay 1 choice was all outdated.

They need outside security at night.
We stayed for the BottleRock Festival. We’ve stayed here several times and find it reasonably priced, fairly close and quiet….until now. We woke up to find 2 mini vans right in the front of the hotel with their windows smashed. It made me worry the whole rest of the trip about my car.

The receptionist was rude when i ask for more towels, she asked me to bring her the odirty ones to inspect them (that was wired to me) then when she saw one of the towels dirty (make up) she rudely said im goi.g to chrage you for that towel i said ok? I dont think we should be worry about our make up get unto the towels, we paid to have a comfortable time. I washed the other towel so i dont pay an other $30 dollars. The make up came out with no problem. The breakfast was ok, the room was dirty and the yogurts were passed the date and when i told the lady she didnt even care. I think there is so many restrictions and poor quality.

I would give 5 stars if they have decent breakfast. No eggs no potatoes, coffee was terrible. Also they need new rolling carts. Motel got 2 both of them were broken.
