It’s not bad

Carpet is worn, painting is needed was picking up something I had dropped and found trash under the desk. But I left my ebook and they were very nice and got it back to me very quickly. Overall I’d stay there again

Wet smelling room

Had a late check in and front desk was friendly. Room smelled like wet pool soaked carpet and mildew. Tub was dirty. Took my socks off to walk on the carpet and my feet were instantly covered in hair and dirt. Bed was super uncomfortable. Hand towels had hair stuck to them. Breakfast was probably the best part and it was all premade.

Some of the Lights over vanity were out. Door on bathroom wouldn’t close well. Commode sits too low. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Our stay was great. However when we arrived (2:30 pm) there were only 2 rooms clean for 3:00 check in. Perhaps more staff to see those of us who want to freshen up after a three hour trip could actually check in at 3.

Our kids loved the indoor /outdoor pool and their courtyard was nice to pet the kids wander after a long day of driving.

We arrived at almost midnight. Anxious to get some sleep, we checked in with our reservations quickly. We went to our room and opened the door to a musky, moldy scent. We checked the room for source of smell, heard on the news there’d been a lot of flash flooding in the area that day, so assumed it was just humidity and rain causing smell. We opened the window and got ready for bed. As we removed our shoes and socks to get under the covers, our feet felt wet! Our carpet was wet! Having traveled all day that day and impacted by the security software update glitch that affected travel and caused delays, we just needed to lay down, get a few hours rest and head out! We couldn’t get up and pack, dress and move, nor did we try. We won’t, however, be stopping here again!
