Pretty shabby. Worst was they knocked on our door at 9:10am when we had been at We Fest. Told us check out was at 11am. We knew that and really would have preferred the extra sleep. I guess you get what you pay for. Have had a lot better for less.

Clean and comfortable

Be realistic. If you’re expecting the Ritz, you’re in the wrong price range. As far as service, Josh at the front desk was a delight. He was very helpful in suggesting where to eat and get the most out of the coupons that are offered to guests. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. All of the services that we needed were available and worked. Just be sure to use the Do Not Disturb tag located on the clothes rack or the housekeeper will come knocking before you are ready to leave. The only real negative for the stay.

We were not pleased with our accommodations at this hotel. This hotel is geared for seasonal workers more so than families on a vacation. The pictures and reviews are not as this place appears I would not recommend this to others.

The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location is good for accessing restaurants, shopping and the interstate. There were lots of channels on the TV, a working mini fridge and A/C. Unfortunately the front lobby and the hallways are very smelly and that left a bad impression. The room was surprisingly and pleasantly very clean, which is what convinced us to keep our reservation. Since we had already paid through our Expedia booking we also didn’t want to lose the money. Ultimately we had a restful sleep; there was no noise despite other dogs in nearby rooms. The first impression is of a low budget place, the UHaul rentals in the parking lot make it look industrial. We did though get the impression that management wants to make some improvements.

This was a much older facility than what images would have given. It was clean and the staff members were pleasant and professional when they came to desk, but the desk was usually not staffed, but available with a call to the desk. They moved us from one room to another without question when the boards on the floors above were squeaking continually from movement above and the toilet was squealing when flushed. The outside needed to be refreshed, but this really is not what I expected. This is more for those that were seeking either a weekly or economic stay and understand the reason they are getting a lower price.

Staff Kept Knocking

Checkout was 11, but housekeeping knocked once at 9 and once at 10. At 10:50, someone knocked very aggressively and when I responded from behind the door, they said "Checkout is in 10 minutes". They were obviously annoyed that we hadn't left yet. I've never experienced this at a hotel in my life.

$128 for a $50 room. Foul smell - not clean. Outdated felt like the 1980s and smelled like it too. This is Motel 6 type hotel charging Hilton type prices. nope....

The room is comfortable but in pretty bad shape. The paint is basically slapped on. The hotel has a smell that reminds me of a very old building. The beds are pretty good. Haven’t been to the breakfast area yet.
