Enjoy the beautiful view from the deck, play a game of basketball or tennis on the sports courts, or head down to the clubhouse where you can take a swim in the Reserve's pool, or have a soak in the community hot tub. If the kids need some playtime, they need look no further than the enormous pirate ship playground marooned just off the side of the home. With access from the balcony, the mysterious ship features ladders, slides, a climbing wall, and a rope ladder, perfect for the kids to play games on while getting some good exercise. If you want to get out and explore, you can snowmobile or ride ATVs directly from this property. This rental is located just a little over nine miles north of Garden City, Utah for shopping, dining, parks, and local beaches. Seven miles north, the community of St. Charles, Idaho offers a few additional dining options and unique shops. And head underground to see the breathtaking subterranean scenery of Minnetonka Cave, just 17 miles from your rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
