We loved the hotel, it’s very sleek and modern looking. The room is basic but very nice and the shower was just wonderful. I do think the staff that worked during the breakfast could have been friendlier. Overall we’d stay there again. One thing though, there’s a train track right in front of the hotel and the train horn was very loud during the night!!

A dog cried half the night it was left I. Its room owner was not there but r didn’t answer their phone when front desk called them very long night.

We used expedia to reserve an accessible room/shower, but when we got there, it was not available, so that was a disappointment. The hotel staff said it sometimes takes hours for expedia reservations to come through so someone must have come in person and taken the one room they had first. We were able to get a room that had grips in the shower, though, so it worked ok. This hotel is geared more for the businessman and not for us. The room was small and the bed took up most of it. The closet is open & the room more of a minimalist, industrial modern vibe...we did not like it but for some it is probably fine. The breakfast was better than most other hotels. They do close right on time, so allow enough time to eat before the deadline.

Great visit!

We had never stayed at a Tru before and we really liked it. The room was very comfortable and well laid out. I love all the hooks for hanging things. Love the toiletries.

Multiple Issues

Worst issue was that the smoke alarm in my room was beeping and needed a new battery. At 7:30 there was only one staff member in the hotel and she said I had to remove the battery myself. Not clear how to do this so she said to remove it from the wall!!! Had to stand on the bed to do this. Unit kept beeping so I took it to the desk for them to keep. Hotel has ice machine but no ice bucket or cups in the room! Nothing but fast food in the immediate area. Nowhere to get a drink with dinner.

a this is not Hilton. No covers, bad location, hotel character, Front desk Roughness , it’s no difference Red Roof Inn. It’s very disappointing to stay this kind of location.

For this level of hotel, it was on the better side. It seemed the building and the grounds were new and well cared for. Beds were comfortable bathroom was clean. Did not do breakfast there so cannot comment on that. It was right off highway which is what we needed this time.

It was great from the start at the front desk welcome Fallon.. to the end check out Clean.. well stocked always available market... and breakfast!! Love the pancake maker!!
