This well-appointed house offers accommodation for eight guests with two en-suite queen bedrooms with Travertine walk-in showers, a third full bath with shower/tub, a smaller bunk bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room.
The fully-equipped kitchen has JennAir and KitchenAid stainless appliances, silestone countertops, and Murano glass lighting.
Antique heart-pine floors, 10 ft ceilings with vaulted 15ft ceiling in dining/kitchen area, and the wall of glass garage doors make the house cool, bright, and airy.
Electronics in the living room include a 52" HDTV with cable and 60 broadcast channels, Cinemax, sound bar and a DVD player with family movies and a stereo system with MP3 player dock. There is Broadband wireless internet and surround sound. A 32” HDTV is in one bedroom, that also includes cable.
The private garden deck has a Summit Weber gas grill, a fully private hot/cold outdoor shower and convenient parking for 4 vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE: Our non-smoking and no pet policy is strictly enforced and includes the porch and garden area of the property. The person assuming responsibility for the rental must be at least 22 years old.
