Inside each apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, large and small appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: The Location of this apartment is on the 3RD FLOOR and is in the MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, you probably WILL HEAR NOISE. HOWEVER, because of its top floor location, THIS IS THE QUIETEST apartment in the building. There is not an elevator. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.
