Ocean's Edge is just a short, 2-block walk to Folly Beach's popular Center Street, filled with great options for shopping, dining and nightlife. Your private, two-story balcony is the spot that everyone is going to want to gather whether it's morning coffee at sunrise, or cocktails at sunset. You can even dine al fresco around the outdoor dining table on the first floor balcony while listening to the waves crash.
Ocean's Edge showcases incredible panoramic ocean views inside and out and, with its spacious layout, makes this condo the perfect place to gather for creating vacation memories with family and friends. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you'll need for cooking up your favorite meals. The indoor dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats an additional 3 guests providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
On the main level you'll discover the first guest bedroom complete with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are the additional two bedrooms including the second guest room with a Queen bed and Twin bed with Trundle underneath. The spacious primary suite with King bed, large bath with glass shower and soaking tub, and private access to the balcony.
This condo includes parking for 3 cars and a golf cart, and room for all your beach gear underneath the home as well as an in-unit stack washer/ dryer and a shared elevator in the building.
After a long day at the beach, grab cocktails or dinner at Folly Beach's iconic Loggerhead's Beach Grill, located directly across the street. This prime location also means you're just two blocks from Center Street, the hub of Folly's great shopping and dining. You can walk or bike to downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy, or Rita's, and the iconic Folly Beach Pier.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
Minimum rental age is 25.

NOTE: Ocean's Edge is a FAMILY FRIENDLY house and parties are strictly prohibited. Every home in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Folly Beach. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and if in violation, guest will incur fine of $2,500. Ocean's Edge is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.
