Paradise Peak is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo located on the top level of the Oceanfront Villas community. Visitors to Paradise Peak share a rare, oceanfront view from one of the highest elevations on Folly Beach. The ocean is laid out before you with the endless expanse of the sky as your personal backdrop. Inside, quaint nautical decor is fused with clever country flair. Tile flooring is used in the main area, which includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen as well as the bathrooms while the bedrooms are plushly carpeted. You'll find floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the master bedroom, which provide an uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of a couch or a bed. A lengthy and private balcony is just on the other side of the windows and furnished with porch furniture to soak up the views and relax after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has private access to the balcony as well. All 3 bathrooms are fresh and provide calm, coastal vibes. Paradise Peak is almost equidistant between the two Charleston Oceanfront Villa pools. Two pools are located right on the beach but kept only for the use of Charleston Oceanfront Villa guests. Both of these pools are not heated and open seasonally each year from April 1- October 31st. It is a simple walk or elevator ride downstairs to step onto the sands of Folly Beach! Furthermore, it is the shortest of walks to Center Street, where you will find all of the restaurants, shopping and nightlife Folly has to offer. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.
Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.
The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.
Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.
