It was disgusting in our room. There were stains and hairs on the bedding, marks all over the walls and the mirror, and bugs on the ceiling. We had to request new bedding that we had to change ourselves and they only gave us one set (we had two beds). We are three young women who didn't feel very safe after checking in with stares from the male workers. There was a very large (about 1 1/2 inches) gap under the door as well which added to the uneasy feeling we initially had.

The hotel didn’t have our reservation when we arrived and we had to wait for a room to be prepared. When we got in there were leftover supplies such as rags, mayonnaise, and personal items lmao. Breakfast area was covered with bugs and there were lingering smells all over the hotel. Staff was friendly but it’s clear that this place needs a lot of TLC.

The room smelled. The door did not close fully. There was insulation or something coming out of it under the latch. Requested a refund since I stayed only five minutes. Did not feel safe. Have not received a response to my refund.

The staff were friendly although only one spoke English. The breakfast was good but the vending machines didn’t work. The bed was nice but the floor was dirty and sticky. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, only one lightbulb in the uncovered ceiling light. The door scraped against the toilet. No one cleaned the room or replaced used towels the entire four days we stayed.

Would not go back
Just needed a place to stay one night extra and thought since it was reasonable we would try it. Supposed to be nonsmoking room, was not. The drains in both the sink and tub/shower didn’t drain well. Everything was dated and didn’t want to really sit on anything.
