This hotel is very nice for the price. It was very clean and you could tell it had been updated. The one downside was no elevator. However the front desk gentleman was very accommodating and also friendly and able to move me to the first floor. I loved that they had a hot tub and that it stayed open till midnight. This is a plus to stay again. One downside is there isn’t really anything around it as far as food options or stores. I usually only stay in the higher end hotels but I was pleasantly surprised and will be staying again when in town visiting family.

Went to show at Fireside Theater which is almost next to Hotel, very convenient. Room access to pool and hot tub was close. Liked continental breakfast. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay here again

While the facility in general needs some TLC, thankfully the carpets were new and the bedding was terrific. Had a great sleep and good shower there.

We had a fantastic stay while we attended the Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival. The hotel has obviously been recently updated. Our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes! Although I travel with a service dog, I was happy to respect their request to not have her in the breakfast area and completely understand. We will return next year.

We love to go to the Fireside Theatre and this hotel is right next door making it very convenient. We can walk over from the hotel and walk back after the show. Great breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit, cereals, fresh muffins, breads, and a pancake maker machine! Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We enjoyed swimming and using the hot tub too.

The hotel itself wasn't bad in the reception area. The rooms weren't either until you started looking closer at things. The sheets and pillows were either awfully stained or just dirty. Our blinds were very broken and wouldn't work properly. The air conditioner had an awful smell while running.

This is a very nice hotel in a sweet town . It is located right next to the Fireside Theater , so you could walk if you wanted to the show . Check in was fast and friendly.
